Boyd plans campaign stops

Democratic congressional candidate Kevin Boyd will kick off a series of "town hall" campaign appearances on Saturday.

Boyd will be at Coachlight Coffee House, 30 N. Public Square, Angola, at 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; Chicago Joes, 101 S. Detroit St., LaGrange, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.; West North Street and Goodwin Place in Kendallville, 4 to 5:30 p.m.; and Auburn House of Pancakes, 131 W. Seventh St., Auburn, 7 to 8 p.m.

Boyd, who is running against incumbent Rep. Marlin Stutzman, R-3rd, plans 12 town hall appearances in all from Saturday through Oct. 6.
