GRATZ PUBLISHED: Lt. Tom Gratz, a former Allen County detective, recently had his novel, “Harley C.I.: A Detective Story,” published. The book will be available in print and online at www.friesenpress.com/bookstore. He wrote the true-crime novel with Brian Hartz.
