Vera Bradley co-founder Miller retires

Patricia Miller is retiring from Vera Bradley Inc., the Fort Wayne-based company announced today.

The Vera Bradley co-founder will continue as a member of the board of directors.

Miller and Barbara Baekgaard founded Vera Bradley 30 years ago. Baekgaard will continue her role as the company's chief creative officer.

Vera Bradley designs and makes quilted cotton handbags, luggage, accessories and home décor items.
