FORT WAYNE – A Huntington father who bought a $250,000 Mega Millions ticket in Fort Wayne on Tuesday claimed his prize Wednesday at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters in Indianapolis.
Robert Gearhart had just dropped his son off at school and was on his way to work in Fort Wayne when he stopped at Lassus Handy Dandy at 7405 Maplecrest Road and bought the quick-pick Mega Millions ticket, the lottery commission said in a statement.
