Kenny Ferguson, 61, of North Raggedy Ann Road, is accused of wounding a 27-year-old Enchanted Hills neighbor, according to a statement issued by Indiana State Police.
It said Ferguson was arrested at his home, charged with battery with a deadly weapon and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
The victim was treated at an area hospital and released, state police said.
