'America's Most Wanted' to air April Tinsley case

FORT WAYNE – The “America’s Most Wanted” TV show is scheduled to air information about the April Tinsley abduction and slaying case on Aug. 24.

The 8-year-old girl was taken from the 2300 block of Hoagland Avenue in 1988.

Fort Wayne police spokeswoman Raquel Foster redistributed the news release about the killing, http://www.fwpd.org/april/press.htm, urging residents to watch the show, which airs on the Lifetime channel.
