Kroger to announce remodels, decision on North Anthony

FORT WAYNE – At a news conference at 10 a.m. Friday, Kroger spokesman is expected to John Elliott to announce a "more than $100 million, multi-year strategy for the Fort Wayne region."

The company issued a statement Friday morning said that two stores will be remodeled and that there will be an announcement regarding the now-closed North Anthony Scott's store.

The announcement at the Scott's store at 4120 N. Clinton St. will also highlight the grand opening of the second Marketplace store at the Village of Coventry.
