Statement as issued Monday by the Steuben County Humane Society:
Angola, Indiana, July 30—Breaking Mews! The Steuben County Humane Society (SCHS) is holding its first ever Kitten Shower on August 16, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. All guests will enjoy food, games, and meeting the many, many kittens we have in our care right now. Some kittens will even be available to go home that day with an approved application and a $10 adoption fee.
As at any “baby” shower, gifts are very needed and appreciated—canned cat food, dry kitten food, and clay kitty litter are always on our “babies” wish lists. In addition, SCHS staff and volunteers will be on hand to talk about the importance of fixing your pets and how guests can become foster parents. Please join us on August 16th for food, fun, and furry feline friends!
