The Harrison construction tops out

The last section of The Harrison, the roof of the east stair tower, was raised Wednesday afternoon, decorated with a pine tree and the American flag. The event commemorates the completion of the downtown development's highest point of construction. Residential units for the mixed-use project at Jefferson Boulevard and Ewing Street are now expected to be ready by February 2013.
