William MacPherson places a car on the tracks to make sure they are aligned Thursday afternoon at the History Center. A part of the Three Rivers Festival, the Three Rivers and Indiana Northern Train model railroad exhibit opens today and runs through July 21. Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and students and is free for History Center members and children younger than 5.
