7 arrested, 3 sought in warrants blitz

Seven people were arrested and three remained at large following an early morning warrants blitz over the weekend in Kosciusko County, the county's drug task force said today.

Task force officers, along with county sheriff's deputies and Syracuse police officers executed seven warrants Saturday, the task force said in a statement.

Those arrested are:

  • Billy Jack Fairchild, 27, of Pierceton, who was charged with conversion, driving while suspended and failure to appear/OWI. He was being held at the Kosciusko County Jail without bond.
  • Leamond Edward Lowther, Jr., 57, of Warsaw, who was charged with dealing in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. He was being held at the jail on $50,000 bond.
  • Stephen James O'Connell, 28, of Warsaw, who was charged with Class A and class B felony counts of dealing in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school or a public park. He was being held at the jail on $100,000 bond.
  • Jennifer Sue Moore, 23, of Warsaw, who was charged with conspiracy to commit a class A felony. She was being held at the jail on $100,000 bond.
  • Ben Lee Fox, 22, of Leesburg, who was charged with two counts of felony dealing in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. He was being held at the jail on $50,000 bond.
  • Kadeem Allen Dominie, 22, of Warsaw, who was charged with two counts of class B felony dealing in a Schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. He was being held at the jail on $50,000 bond.
  • Tammy Kay Lewis, 32, of Pierceton, who was charged with felony dealing in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance. She was being held at the jail on $50,000 bond.
The task force said officers also have active warrants for the following people:

  • Justin Ryan Monroe, 21, of Leesburg, who is sought on two counts of felony dealing in a controlled substance and one count of possession of marijuana greater than 30 grams.
  • John F. Shepherd, 44, of Warsaw, who is sought on two counts of felony dealing in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school or public park.
  • Jonathon Crace, of Mentone, who is sought on two counts of felony dealing in a schedule I, II, or III controlled substance.
