Shooter's Comments:

So I love the water. I actually minored in aquatics in college. I know laugh but I love it, I was also a lifeguard.

OK, enough about me. I was told to take some photos of a few community pools and decided to take photos with my new Nikon AW100 which is an underwater camera. It was really cool and I learned a lot.

Next time I need to pop a flash under water. Even though you think it's light enough in the water you need to pop a flash to create the warm tones in the skin.

First attempt not too shabby. I did some underwater photos in college but I forgot a few of the skills. Of course I had to take a few photos of myself.

This was great. Next time I am going to do some photos of people diving off the diving board into the water and I have some other ideas. I have all summer. Stay tuned for more underwater adventures.
