    Four weeks have passed, and 117 miles have been ran since I officially began training for Fort4Fitness. The plan I selected is challenging, incorporating tempo VO2 max and threshold workouts.

It was the last day of school for North Side students and every year they have Pride Day to recognize the graduating seniors. It was filled with excitement and sadness. The frame above was from one of the performances during the event. The light was a bit challenging, but it worked well for this shot. It's always great when the crowd gets involved.
