Hotel sex attempt alleged with girl, 11

Wiley

A California man is accused of offering to pay to spend the night with an 11-year-old girl in a Fort Wayne hotel.

Travis Wiley, 36, of Vacaville, Calif., was preliminarily charged Thursday with three felonies: child solicitation and two counts of attempted child molesting.

On Wednesday, a confidential informant told police that Wiley wanted to pay $150 to have sexual contact with her 11-year-old daughter in a hotel room, according to court documents.

During a recorded meeting in a vehicle, Wiley told the informant that the girl could give him a “massage,” a term the informant understood as a sex act. After Wiley got out of the vehicle, police took him into custody, court documents stated.

The informant later told police that about a month before, she gave Wiley a massage and performed a sex act on him for $60, court documents stated.

Wiley was being held Thursday at the Allen County Lockup. His bail was set at $70,000.
