D.J. Byrd scored 15 points in his return from a one-game suspension. Byrd made five three-pointers.
Purdue finished with 13 three-pointers to improve to 18-10 overall and 8-7 in the Big Ten.
Lewis Jackson scored 13 points. Ryne Smith scored 12 points. Terone Johnson finished with 11 points.
Bo Spencer led Nebraska with 19 points.
