I have always been interested in different cultures. When I heard about Japanese Saturday School, I decided I had to do a video on the program.

Japanese Saturday School help keep students of Japanese nationals up-to-date academically with their peers in Japan. I was given the opportunity to shoot video while the children were in school.

I also covered the non-Japanese speaking students who were learning to speak Japanese, for various reasons.
