Stutzman plans open house

Rep. Marlin Stutzman, R-3rd, will have an open house Monday at his Kendallville congressional office.

The event will be from 3 to 5 p.m. at 874 N. Lima Road, Suite B. Stutzman’s staff said he will be available to discuss issues of national and local importance with constituents.
