North-side raid results in 3 arrests

Three people were arrested Wednesday night on numerous charges after narcotics officers raided a home on Fort Wayne’s north side, according to a city police report.

Police searched a home at 8:45 p.m. at 6816 block of Mimosa Lane, just south of Cook Road and east of Interstate 69.

An 11-year-old, 3-year-old and an infant were alone in the home, where officers found cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the report said.

Christopher D. Hatch, 33, a resident of the home, was arrested on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, cocaine possession, marijuana possession, neglect of a dependent child, child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jennifer D. Ley, 31, who also lived there, was arrested on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, cocaine possession, marijuana possession, neglect of a dependent child, child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Renee M. Potter, 39, of the 7100 block of Blackhawk Drive, was arrested on charges of cocaine possession and aiding in dealing cocaine.

According to Indiana Department of Correction records, Hatch has served time for previous drug convictions.
