Jones does not start for IU

Verdell Jones III was not in the starting lineup for today’s game against Purdue.

Jones suffered a shoulder injury Wednesday against Michigan.

Derek Elson started today in his place.Jones stood on the court and watched as his teammates warmed up 20 minutes before today’s game.
