The Cougars (16-9, 8-5 MCC) outscored the Trojans (16-9, 6-7) 32-22 after halftime.
Amanda Pedro led three Saint Francis players in double figures with 14 points, while Meghan Prible had 12 and Kayla Mullins 10.
