Cooper, Jared L.

Army Reserve Spec. Jared L. Cooper has been mobilized and activated at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., in preparation for deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and the Southwest Theater of Operations.

Cooper, a chaplain assistant, is the son of Mark and Deborah Cooper of Defiance, Ohio. He is a member of the 108th Training Command, Charlotte, N.C.

The soldiers are activated from Army Reserve or Army National Guard units from throughout the United States.
