Ants lead at the half

Darnell Lazare and Cam Jones have 17 points each as the Mad Ants are leading Maine 58-56 at the half Thursday at Memorial Coliseum.

Lazare is 8 of 12 from the floor and Jones is 8 of 13.

What's helping Maine stay in the game is its proficiency from three-point range. The Red Claws have hit 7 of 13 from the distance. Plus, they have made 11 of 13 free throws.

Former Mad Ants center Anthony Kent has four points and six rebounds.
