Notre Dame's Class of 2012 fills out

Notre Dame didn't have to wait long for its 2012 class to start becoming official today.

Defensive back John Turner was the first to send in his letter of intent on National Signing Day. The Indianapolis Cathedral product got his fax in at 7:10 a.m.

With three recruits all ready on campus, quarterback Gunner Kiel, defensive lineman Sheldon Day and defensive back Tee Shepard, the Irish were expecting 14 players to officially join the team today.

With only the West Coast recruits remaining to send in their paperwork, here are the players Notre Dame has officially announced as members of this year's recruiting haul:
