Christ’s Hope Ministries and Church, 2818 Carroll Road, is hosting GriefShare at 7 p.m. Mondays starting this Monday. GriefShare is a video-based 13-week support group for those who’ve lost a loved one.

WBCL 90.3 is having its SHARE 2012 fundraiser to raise money for the station’s operating budget from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Online pledges can be made at wbcl.org.

Lectures/discussions

Lifetree Café will have a discussion titled “Giving Up On God,” following a filmed interview with a former Christian who is now an atheist and a former atheist who is now a Christian. The event is from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at New Ground Coffee Co., 5925 N. Clinton St.

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 5310 Old Mill Road, is having a community forum regarding the second anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision giving corporations the same constitutional rights as individuals. A movie and discussion will be from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. today.

The department of philosophy and theology at the University of Saint Francis, 2701 Spring St., will have a lecture on “St. Clare of Assisi, Another Christ” at 3 p.m. today in the Brookside ballroom.

Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 4700 Vance Ave., will have a Taize worship service and labyrinth walk at 5 p.m. Sunday.

The Vietnamese Catholic Community at St. Patrick Church, 2120 S. Harrison St., will have a Lunar New Year service at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Entertainment and food will follow at 5 p.m. in Lyceum Hall.
