Ants win in overtime

The Mad Ants rallied from an eight-point deficit going into the fourth quarter to claim a 119-116 overtime win over Dakota on Sunday at Memorial Coliseum.

It was the fourth win in 12 games for the Ants (8-12), who will play Dakota (8-10) on Tuesday at the Coliseum.

Despite playing without leading scorer Ron Howard, who is out with a sprained thumb, the Ants had four players score 20 or more points, led by Darnell Lazare's 24. Cam Jones had 22, while Gilbert Brown and Ramon Harris had 20 each.

Harris, who was 6-for-9 from three-point range, also had a critical deflection of a Dakota in-bounds pass that helped secure the win late in the game.
