Ants finish deal; re-acquire guard

The Mad Ants announced Tuesday that the team has finalized its trade with Erie.

The Mad Ants sent Marvin Phillips to the Bayhawks for Erie’s fourth round pick in the 2012 NBA D-League draft. The Mad Ants filled the roster spot by reacquiring Sadiel Rojas, who was released because of an injury Dec. 27.

In 10 games this season, Rojas, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound guard from Oklahoma Weslyan, contributed four points and four rebounds a game.
