Stephen Martin, 58, of the 1400 block of Eckart Street, was charged Dec. 8 with domestic battery and two counts of invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Billy Harris, 30, of the 600 block of Lavina Street, was charged Dec. 8 with possession of a controlled substance, criminal mischief, driving with a suspended license, false informing and three counts of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $9,000 bail.

Morgann Klaehn, 29, of the 1600 block of Freedom Drive, was booked at 5:04 p.m. Dec. 8 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Renee Turner, 27, of the 1300 block of Greene Street, was booked at 6:27 p.m. Dec. 8 on charges of attempted fraud and receiving stolen property. She was released on her own recognizance.

Gordache Fields, 30, of the 7100 block of Serenity Drive, was charged Dec. 9 with carrying a handgun without a license and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

Aaron Brown, 34, of Pleasant Lake, was booked at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 10 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was being held without bond.

Damion Payne, 34, of the 3800 block of Taylor Street, was booked at 12:14 a.m. Dec. 12 on three counts of theft. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Scott Lantz, 31, of the 1400 block of Eagle Street, was charged Dec. 13 with driving with a suspended license, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failing to stop after an accident and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Edward Smith, 40, of the 200 block of Leith Street, was charged Dec. 13 with burglary and receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Michael Moore, 45, of the 1100 block of Summit Street, was charged Dec. 13 with failing to register as an offender. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Stan Horton, 23, of the 2600 block of Lynn Avenue, was charged Dec. 13 with burglary and receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Marta Wrobleski, 51, of the 2400 block of Lake Ridge Drive, was booked at 5:50 p.m. Dec. 13 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Bryan Lash, 24, of the 3500 block of Weisser Park Avenue, was booked at 7:31 p.m. Dec. 13 on a charge of failure to return to lawful detention. He was being held without bail.

Keith Delagrange, 47, of New Haven, was booked at 10:35 a.m. Dec. 14 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Alberto Martinez, 26, of the 3000 block of Central Drive, was booked 10:52 a.m. Dec. 14 on charges of resisting law enforcement and driving with a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Tracy Jackson, 24, of the 5300 block of Gaywood Drive, was booked at 11:09 a.m. Dec. 14 on a marijuana possession charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

Damien Arrington, 33, of the 900 block of West Jefferson Boulevard, was booked at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday Dec. 14 on charges of possessing a controlled substance and possessing marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Tocarra Virges, 23, of the 4700 block of Lafayette Street, was charged Dec. 14 with forgery and check fraud. She was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Cory Bailey, 33, of Garrett, was charged Dec. 15 with failure to register as an offender. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Charles Byers, 37, of the 300 block of Brandriff Street, was charged Dec. 15 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jonathan Robbins, 41, of the 1100 block of Fayette Drive, was charged Dec. 15 with operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Billie Robinson, 30, of the 600 block of Tennessee Avenue, was charged Dec. 15 with operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

John Williams, 57, of the 1500 block of Tillman Road, was charged Dec. 15 with two counts of receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Jeffrey Mohler, 18, of the 800 block of State Boulevard, was booked at 4:48 p.m. Dec. 15 on a theft charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

Nicholas Sturges, 23, of the 8800 block of Wave Circle, was booked at 6:47 p.m. Dec. 15 on charges of robbery and battery. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.
