Paul Reichert, 54, of the 6000 block of Indiana 930 East, was charged Nov. 30 with failure to register as an offender and a sex offender Internet offense. He was being held in lieu of $10,750 bail.

John Schell, 51, of the 800 block of Brookwood Drive, was charged Dec. 2 with domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Marlin Hill, 21, of the 3300 block of Reed Street, was booked at 11:06 p.m. Dec. 2 on a charge of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Brian Jordan, 37, of the 900 block of East Rudisill Avenue, was booked at 10:48 a.m. Dec. 5 on charges of strangulation, battery, invasion of privacy and criminal mischief. He was being held in lieu of $6,500 bail.

Aaron Manfredoia, 22, of the 5500 block of Kelso Lane, was booked at 12:20 p.m. Dec. 5 on a theft charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

John Mazurak, 64, of Arizona, was booked at 5:37 p.m. Dec. 5 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Samuel Terman, 22, of the 300 block of Greenwood Avenue, was booked at 7:52 p.m. Dec. 5 on charges of battery and residential entry. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Damian Feller, 33, of Claypool, was booked at 12:21 p.m. Dec. 6 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Bakari Dean, 23, of the 600 block of Tennessee Avenue, was booked at 2:25 p.m. Dec. 6 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Christopher Jugloff, 35, of the 3100 block of Stepping Stone Lane, was booked at 2:38 p.m. Dec. 6 on a charge of expired plates and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Lee Cruz, 27, of the 900 block of Home Avenue, was charged Dec. 6 with escape. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

James Holman, 46, of the 4400 block of Winston Drive, was charged Tuesday Dec. 6 with dealing cocaine, unlawful firearm possession, cocaine possession, possession of a controlled substance and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail.

Terrence Fuqua, 41, of the 3000 block of Lillie Street, was charged Dec. 6 with dealing cocaine, unlawful firearm possession, possession of a controlled substance, dealing marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $65,750 bail.

Jabaar Wilcox, 27, of the 1800 block of Fox Point Trail, was charged Dec. 6 with cocaine possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Margaret Lapeer, 52, of Decatur, was booked at 8:38 p.m. Dec. 6 on a theft charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Sheila Brown, 51, of the 1100 block of Cinnamon Road, was booked at 11:57 p.m. Dec. 6 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failing to stop after an accident. She was released on her own recognizance.

Beka Rentfrow, 19, of the 2900 block of Simcoe Drive, was booked at 11:12 a.m. Dec. 7 on a theft charge. She was released on her own recognizance.

Ernest Petrie, 55, of the 700 block of Madison Street, was charged Dec. 7 with dealing cocaine and possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Donald Burks, 43, of the 200 block of East Branning Avenue, was charged Dec. 7 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kimberly Keller, 34, of the 2200 block of Ontario Street, was charged Dec. 7 with failure to return to lawful detention. She was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Richard Smiley, 42, of the 300 block of West DeWald Street, was charged Dec. 7 with failure to return to lawful detention. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Wayne Scott, 27, of the 2700 block of Sandarac Lane, was booked at 9:20 a.m. Dec. 8 on charges of receiving stolen auto parts and possession of a vehicle without a manufacturer’s identification number. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Diana Valladares, 54, of the 2600 block of Maumee Avenue, was booked at 10:55 a.m. Dec. 8 on a theft charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

David Rodriguez, 41, of Winston-Salem, N.C., was booked at 11:05 a.m. Dec. 8 on charges of battery and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Moses Blevins, 54, of the 2400 block of New Haven Avenue, was booked at 11:15 a.m. Dec. 8 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jonathan Ember, 66, of the 6900 block of Embers Court, was booked at 11:40 a.m. Dec. 8 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Kevin Hill, 29, of the 500 block of Birchtree Lane, was charged Dec. 8 with battery and two counts of domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
