Eloy Faculjak, 18, of the 2000 block of Alexander Street, was charged Nov. 30 with theft, invasion of privacy and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Reyis Johannsen, 24, of the 2000 block of Carlton Avenue, was booked at 11:15 a.m. Dec. 1 on charges of domestic battery and criminal confinement. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Dennie Smith, 24, of the 7000 block of Maeve Drive, was booked at 11:25 a.m. Dec. 1 on a battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Derrick Sanders, 32, of the 4000 block of Christofer Lane, was booked at 11:40 a.m. Dec. 1 on a charge of operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime suspension and a probation violation. He was being held without bail.

Paul Reichert, 54, of the 6000 block of Indiana 930 East, was charged Dec. 1 with dealing a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Michael Helblig, 35, of the 800 block of Third Street, was charged Dec. 1 with failing to register as an offender. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Juan Sotelo, 32, of the 1300 block of West Jefferson Boulevard, was charged Dec. 1 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

David Ojeda, 50, was charged Dec. 1 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

David Rhodes, 32, of the 400 block of Pinegrove Lane, was charged Dec. 1 with domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Lore Kelsaw, 53, was charged Dec. 1 with dealing cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Larry Taylor, 28, of the 9000 block of Canopy Lane, was charged Dec. 1 with auto theft, failing to stop after an accident and operating a motor vehicle as an unlicensed driver. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Janice Wolfe, 26, of Grabill, was charged Dec. 1 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Daniel Wegner, 51, of the 1200 block of Ewing Street, was booked at 4:07 p.m. Dec. 1 on charges of domestic battery and invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

David Bays, 25, of the 6000 block of Moeller Road, was booked at 4:16 p.m. Dec. 1 on charges of possessing marijuana and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Ian Simmons, 26, of the 4000 block of South Calhoun Street, was charged Dec. 1 with burglary and receiving stolen property. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Angelia Aker, 47, of the 2000 block of North Clinton Street, was booked at 5:32 p.m. Dec. 1 on charges of cocaine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Sherade Harvey, 25, of the 5000 block of Tomahawk Trail, was booked at 7:11 p.m. Dec. 1 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Brandon Kell, 27, of the 4000 block of Hoagland Avenue, was booked at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 1 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Carol Rogers, 50, of the 3000 block of Yardley Court, was booked at 7:38 p.m. Dec. 1 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

April Miller, 28, of the 2000 block of Simcoe Drive, was booked at 1:10 a.m. Dec. 2 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Fabian Garlitz, 33, of the 3000 block of South Harrison Street, was booked at 8:05 a.m. Dec. 2 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Thomas Dunn, 43, of the 600 block of Marston Court, was booked at 10 a.m. Dec. 2 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Patrick Myers, 41, of the 4000 block of Hessen Cassel Road, was booked at 10 a.m. Dec. 2 on a cocaine possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
