The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Joshua Foshee, 34, of Roanoke, was booked at 3:41 p.m. Monday on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Amanda Fairchild, 26, of the 5100 block Truemper Way, was booked at 4:18 p.m. Monday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a legend drug and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.
Keith Roloff, 28, of the 8800 block of Wave Circle, was booked at 5:10
p.m. Monday on charges of resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
Michael Boester, 34, of the 2800 block of Homedale Drive, was charged Monday with attempted robbery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Basilio Perez, 35, of the 4700 block of Northcrest Drive, was charged Monday with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Carl Polstew, 53, of the 1300 block of Warren Street, was charged Monday with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Norris Daniel, 56, of the 3500 block of Chestnut Street, was charged Monday with neglect of a dependent, battery with bodily waste, resisting law enforcement and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $6,500 bail.
Molly Hutmacher, 23, of the 6400 block of Melville Drive, was charged Monday with aiding attempted robbery and neglect of a dependent. She was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.
Jamarcus Cain, 28, of the 100 block of East Lewis Street, was charged Monday with carrying a handgun without a license, driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $13,000 bail.
Scott Elder, 31, of Maumee Township, was booked at 5:47 p.m. Monday on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
Andrew Spaulding, 28, of the 10700 block of U.S. 27 South, was booked at 6:16 p.m. Monday on a charge of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
