Michael Kurtz, 54, of the 1000 block of Franklin Avenue, was booked at 7:50 p.m. Oct. 28 on charges of strangulation and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Emily Begnene, 21, of the 7500 block of Beaty Avenue, was booked at 11:50 a.m. Oct. 28 on a charge of receiving stolen property. She was released on her own recognizance.

Nishon Jefferson, 18, of the 1900 block of Fox Point Trail, was booked at noon Oct. 28 on a charge of marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Justin Baden, 30, of the 1100 block of Delaware Avenue, was charged Oct. 28 with attempted robbery. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

William Boyd, 52, of the 600 block of Candlelite Court, was charged Oct. 28 with battery, domestic battery, criminal confinement, intimidation, resisting law enforcement and invasion of privacy. He was being held in lieu of $20,750 bail.

Dewon Whitt, 34, of the 3200 block of Diplomat Drive, was charged Oct. 28 with residential entry. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Dale Leach, 20, of the 1000 block of Oakland Street, was charged Oct. 28 with burglary, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $13,250 bail.

Sara Palmer, 28, of the 7400 block of Nature Trail Drive, was booked at 6:16 p.m. Oct. 28 on a theft charge. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Walter Angulo, 41, of 1100 block of Franklin Avenue, was booked at 7:10 p.m. Oct. 29 on an operating a vehicle after a lifetime suspension charge. He was released on his own recognizance.

David Fuentes, 41, of Huntington, was booked at 10:31 a.m. Oct. 31 on a habitual traffic violator charge. He was being held without bail.

Daniel Knox, 37, of the 2200 block of Harietta Street, was charged Oct. 31 with dealing in a sawed-off shotgun, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a Chinese throwing star. He was being held in lieu of $4,750 bail.

Faustino Vasquez, 20, of the 2100 block of Brooklyn Avenue, was charged Oct. 31 with possession of cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Xavier Kinnie, 24, of the 6800 block of Prescott Court, was booked at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 31 with neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana, domestic battery, invasion of privacy and interfering with the reporting of a crime. He was being held without bond.

Melissa Roberts, 43, of the 300 block of Bluegrass Lane, was booked at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 31 with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jeremy Smith, 33, of the 900 block of Lake Avenue, was booked at 10:42 a.m. Nov. 1 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

William Smith, 27, of the 3700 block of Lindbergh Boulevard, was booked at 10:46 a.m. Nov. 1 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Jeffrey Bright, 49, of the 7900 block of Carnovan Drive, was booked at 10:54 a.m. Nov. 1 on charges of battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Irene Gerbers, 41, of the 2000 block of Ardmore Avenue, was booked at 11:08 a.m. Nov. 1 on charges of cocaine possession, dealing cocaine and prostitution. She was being held in lieu of $53,250 bail.

George Collins, 52, of the 2300 block of Chestnut Street, was booked at 10:52 a.m. Wednesday on charges of strangulation and battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Miyana Thompson, 19, of the 100 block of Butler Street, was booked at 11:04 a.m. Wednesday on charges of marijuana possession and maintaining a common nuisance. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Jolyn Adams, 36, of the 6900 block of Elzey Street, was booked at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.
