Derek Aby, 20, of the 5400 block of Evard Road, was booked at 10:27 a.m. Oct. 18 on a battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Daniel Wilson, 50, of the 2600 block of Farifield View Place, was booked at 11:12 a.m. Oct. 18 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Marcus Vaugh, 35, of the 4700 block of Lafayette Estates, was charged Oct. 18 with possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Michaele Dorset, 25, of the 2100 block of Hobson Road, was charged Oct. 18 with domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Anthony Gant, 32, was charged Oct. 18 with residential entry. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Erica Markley, 27, of the 10000 block of West Jefferson Boulevard, was booked at 4:08 p.m. Oct. 18 on a theft charge. She was released on her own recognizance.

Joshua Fisher, 28, of the 2300 block of Abbey Drive, was booked at 12:55 a.m. Oct. 19 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Donald R. Barge, 27, of the 200 block of Country Forest Drive, was booked at 10:37 a.m. Oct. 19 on a charge of nonsupport of a dependent child. He was being held without bail.

Patrick Cook, 24, of the 4900 block of Trace Drive, was booked at 11:03 a.m. Oct. 19 on a criminal recklessness charge. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Michael Gayden, 31, of the 4000 block of Lillie Street, was charged Oct. 19 with resisting law enforcement, possessing marijuana and two counts of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $103,250 bail.

Lou Reed, 49, of the 1400 block of East Lewis Street, was charged Oct. 19 with two counts operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Donald Stovall, 61, of the 1900 block of Alliger Street, was charged Oct. 19 with possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia and two counts of dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $101,500 bail.

Lonnie McDowell, 43, of Angola, was charged Oct. 19 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Steven Derheimer, 42, of the 3300 block of Cherry Lane, was booked at 5:45 p.m. Oct. 19 on a charge of operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.
