The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.

Kareem Holley, 24, of the 1800 block of Blackberry Drive, was charged Oct. 14 with battery. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Douglas Schrock, 43, of Lake James, was charged Oct. 14 with operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Ralph Webb, 33, of the 2200 block of South Calhoun Street, was charged Oct. 14 with residential entry and criminal conversion. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Ernest Nelson, 20, of the 7200 block of Hickory Creek Drive, was charged Oct. 14 with theft and two counts of resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $5,750 bail.

Andrew Ridley, 23, of the 2900 block of Oliver Street, was charged Oct. 14 with strangulation and domestic battery. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Odis Moore, 18, of the 1000 block of Savilla Avenue, was charged Oct. 14 with intimidation and dealing a sawed-off shotgun. He was charged Oct. 17 with kidnapping, criminal confinement, strangulation and interfering with the reporting of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $65,000 bail.

Joshua Hosler, 31, of the 300 block of Suttenfield Avenue, was charged Oct. 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bail.

Geoffrey Wade, 30, of the 5200 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Oct. 14 with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession, false informing and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Gary Richards, 26, of the 1200 block of Fulton Street, was charged Oct. 14 with escape. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Francisco Monterroso, 27, of the 2400 block of Sherman Boulevard, was booked at 3:20 p.m. Oct. 14 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Julian Deweese, 25, of the 600 block of Taylor Street, was booked at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 14 on charges of strangulation and battery. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Emery Nemeth, 31, of the 5600 block of Monarch Drive, was booked at 6:55 p.m. Oct. 14 on charges of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Amber Carr, 27, of the 1000 block of Lake Avenue, was booked at 7:10 p.m. Oct. 14 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Rebecca Quintanilla, 21, of the 1000 block of Lake Avenue, was booked at 7:15 p.m. Oct. 14 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Maung Lay, 24, of the 7000 block of Red Haw Drive, was booked at 10:30 p.m. Oct. 14 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

James Potter, 36, of the 4900 block of Hillegas Road, was booked at 10:38 p.m. Oct. 14 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Joshua Grigsby, 36, of the 4600 block of Whiteford Lane, was booked at 10:46 p.m. Oct. 14 on a charge of operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.

Patrick W. Scully, 22, of the 500 block of Cedar Glen Drive, was booked at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 15 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

John Hale, 24, of the 1700 block of Glen Elm Drive, was booked at 11:47 a.m. Oct. 17 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

James Parrish, 31, of the 3900 block of Evergreen Lane, was booked at 11:56 a.m. Oct. 17 on a charge of operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Marcus Oliver, 29, of the 700 block of West DeWald Street, was charged Oct. 17 with strangulation and battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Andrew Manhollen, 27, of the 900 block of Pape Avenue, was charged Oct. 17 with residential entry, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was being held in lieu of $8,750 bail.

Jocquale Taylor, 20, of the 7600 block of Gathings Drive, was charged Oct. 17 with burglary. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Mario Payne, 28, of the 2800 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was charged Oct. 17 with unlawful possession of a firearm, escape and carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Anna Deck, 29, of the 900 block of Columbia Avenue, was charged Oct. 17 with dealing methamphetamine. She was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Zobair Khandaker, 41, of the 1800 block of Sinclair Street, was booked at 5:11 p.m. Oct. 17 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
