The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Michael Morgan, 22, of the 2000 block of Phenie Street, was charged Oct. 11 with maintaining a common nuisance and three counts of dealing marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
Jason Underwood, 21, of the 2800 block of Portage Boulevard, was charged Oct. 11 with marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Sarah King, 33, of the 3200 block of East Wallen Road, was charged Oct. 11 with cocaine possession and possession of paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.
Wayne Fulcher, 56, of the 1700 block of East Lewis Street, was charged Oct. 11 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended. He was being held without bail.
Toni Robinson, 25, of the 4000 block of Ardmore Avenue, was charged Oct. 11 with fraud on a financial institution and identity deception. She was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.
Zipporha Jones, 27, of the 1000 block of Buchanan Street, was charged Oct. 11 with aiding fraud on a financial institution. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Mario Payne, 28, of the 2800 block of South Anthony Boulevard was booked at 4:20 p.m. Oct. 11 on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a violent felon, carrying a handgun without a license and possession of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $22,500 bail.
William Kentzal, 52, of the 700 block of Ewing Street, was booked at 5:33 p.m. Oct. 11 on a possession of paraphernalia charge. He was being held without bail.
