Brandon Watson, 30, of the 6600 block of Hanna Street, was booked at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 27 on three counts of failure to register as a sex offender. He was being held in lieu of $8,250 bail.

Gregory Stokes, 40, of the 3900 block of East Washington Boulevard, was booked at 12:37 p.m. Sept. 27 on charges of marijuana possession and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Borislav Cuckovic, 20, of the 1500 block of Rapids Way, was charged Sept. 27 with five counts of robbery. He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Cody Lewis, 20, of New Haven, was charged Sept. 27 with burglary. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Rachel Bauermeister, 35, of the 3700 block of Bowser Avenue, was charged Sept. 27 with resisting law enforcement, theft, driving with a suspended license and failure to stop after a property damage accident. She was being held in lieu of $6,500 bail.

Raynell White, 30, of the 1600 block of Hobson Road, was charged Sept. 27 with residential entry, resisting law enforcement and marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Norfleet Stitts, 26, of the 4000 block of Reed Street, was charged Sept. 27 with forgery and fraud on a financial institution. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Cory Robinson, 31, of Larwill, was booked at 7:08 p.m. Sept. 27 on charges of attempted theft and theft. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Cenedra Baker, 24, of the 1700 block of St. Marys Avenue, was booked at 12:05 p.m. Sept. 28 on charges of maintaining a common nuisance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Doris Nixon, 42, of the 3800 block of Newport Avenue, was booked at 12:15 p.m. Sept. 28 on charges of forgery and theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Vincent Wells, 49, of the 2600 block of River Cove Trail, was booked at 12:20 p.m. Sept. 28 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Joseph Taylor, 34, of the 3000 block of Euclid Avenue, was booked at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 28 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Robert Dent, 27, of the 2400 block of Shadybrook Drive, was charged Sept. 28 with corrupt business influence, fraud and forgery. He was released on his own recognizance.

Alexis Cisenke, 19, of the 10600 block of Slate Run, was charged Sept. 28 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Lay Moo, 18, of the 4000 block of Hessen Cassel Road, was charged Sept. 28 with burglary. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Jason Newman, 36, was charged Sept. 28 with receiving stolen auto parts. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Justin Littlejohn, 24, of the 3400 block of Diplomat Drive, was charged Sept. 28 with false informing and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.

Armando Vongphachanh, 21, of the 2900 block of Sweet Cider Road, was charged Sept. 28 with possessing cocaine, dealing cocaine, dealing marijuana and dealing a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $155,000 bail.

Michael Seltzer, 54, of the 5500 block of Leesburg Road, was booked at 3:28 p.m. Sept. 28 on charges of domestic battery and battery. He was being held without bond.

Tameka Thomas, 21, of the 2600 block of Carver Court, was booked at 3:35 p.m. Sept. 28 on charges of corrupt business influence, fraud and forgery. She was released on her own recognizance.

Joshua Tuttle, 32, of the 2400 block of Redwood Avenue, was charged Sept. 28 with two counts of dealing methamphetamine. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Tristen Root, 26, of the 3600 block of Elmhurst Drive, was charged Sept. 28 with failure to return to lawful detention and escape. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Tyshawn Mauldin, 22, of the 4900 block of Webster Street, was booked at 6:36 p.m. Sept. 28 on charges of corrupt business influence, fraud and forgery. He was released on his own recognizance.

Christopher Ralstin, 30, of the 3100 block of Monroe Street, was booked at 7:22 p.m. Sept. 28 on a charge of nonsupport of a dependent child. He was being held without bail.

Andrew Brady, 32, of New Haven, was booked at 8:51 p.m. Sept. 28 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
