Santana Bean, 26, of the 4300 block of Weisser Park Avenue, was booked at 4:48 a.m. Sept. 20 on a charge of killing a domestic animal. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Latoya Hatch, 30, of the 3600 block of Bowser Avenue, was booked at 11:02 a.m. Sept. 20 on a theft charge. She was released on her own recognizance.

John Randall, 59, of the 1400 block of High Street, was booked at 11:09 a.m. Sept. 20 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Alicia Hirschy, 24, of Decatur, was booked at 11:15 a.m. Sept. 20 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Arthur Craig, 37, of the 3100 block of Vernon Avenue, was booked at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 20 on an invasion of privacy charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Shannin Park, 30, of the 6300 block of Nina Drive, was booked at 11:51 a.m. Sept. 20 on charges of forgery and four counts of theft. She was released on her own recognizance.

Gregory Staten, 24, of the 6500 block of Alvarez Drive, was booked at 12 p.m. Sept. 20 on a possession of marijuana charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Michael D. Stewart, 57, was charged Sept. 20 with criminal trespass and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.
