Jamarcus Eldridge, 25, of Rome City, was booked at 3:26 a.m. Aug. 24 on charges of strangulation and battery. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Correy Green, 31, of the 1200 block of Home Avenue, was booked at 10:19 a.m. Aug. 24 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Brian Davis, 25, of the 2800 block of Simcoe Drive, was charged Aug. 24 with marijuana possession. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Monquel Ross, 26, of the 4400 block of South Anthony Boulevard, was charged Aug. 24 with dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Adam Woebbeking, 29, of the 4600 block of Jason Drive, was charged Aug. 24 with attempted burglary. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Ronald Malone, 26, of the 4700 block of South Park Drive, was booked at 11:39 a.m. Aug. 25 on a battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Felton Walker, 37, of the 4400 block of Smith Street, was booked at 12:03 p.m. Aug. 25 on a domestic battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Bryan Valencia, 23, of the 10400 block of Knollton Run, was booked at 12:07 p.m. Aug. 25 on charges of driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Crystal Neely, 33, of the 3200 block of South Wayne Avenue, was booked at 12:16 p.m. Aug. 25 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and neglect of a dependent. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

George Schenkel, 19, of the 8000 block of Young Road, was booked at 1:20 p.m. Aug. 25 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bail.

Darnell Tinker, 54, of the 5100 block of Standish Drive, was charged Aug. 25 with unlawful possession of a firearm and carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Howard Jackson, 27, of the 3100 block of Wells Street, was charged Aug. 25 with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Samantha Huffine, 21, of Decatur, was booked at 2:51 p.m. Aug. 25 on charges of forgery, theft and false informing. She was being held without bond.

Jessica Taylor, 29, of the 3300 block of Oliver Street, was booked at 3:04 p.m. Aug. 25 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Christine Journay, 22, of Decatur, was booked at 3:30 p.m. Aug. 25 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jamar Barnes, 22, of the 6000 block of Radcliffe Drive, was booked at 12:04 a.m. Aug. 26 on a charge of resisting law enforcement and dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $150,750 bail.

Todd Keller, 31, of the 11700 block of Hardisty Road, was booked at 11:38 a.m. Aug. 26 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.
