Ian Cook, 34, of the 6000 block of South Calhoun Street, was booked at 11:10 p.m. July 29 on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the report of a crime. He was being held in lieu of $3,250 bail.

Jeremy Luther, 36, of Ossian, was booked at 11:42 p.m. July 29 on two counts of operating vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.

Cleavon Pearson, 30, of the 1600 block of East Washington Boulevard, was booked at 12:01 p.m. July 29 on charges of failing to register as an offender and committing a sex-offender Internet offense.

Dawn Yoder, 34, was booked at 3 p.m. July 29 on charges of burglary, auto theft, cocaine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held in lieu of $15,750 bail.

Joshua Harmeyer, 29, of the 700 block of Greenlawn Avenue, was booked at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 1 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Timothy Goforth, 31, of Berne, was booked at 10:37 a.m. Aug. 1 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Richard Smiley, 42, of the 300 block of West Dewald Street, was booked at 12:42 p.m. Aug. 1 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Travis Bonjour, 22, of Decatur, was booked at 2:24 p.m. Aug. 1 on a burglary charge. He was being held without bail.

Nicholas Fisher, 24, of the 2000 block of Wells Street, was charged Aug. 1 with forgery and theft. He was being held in lieu of $12,500 bail.

Brian Clark, 20, was charged Aug. 1 with battery, domestic battery and strangulation. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Hector Jimenez, 27, of the 3000 block of Webster Street, was booked at 2:52 p.m. Aug. 1 on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and being an unlicensed driver. He was being held without bail.

Kristopher Vanodyen, 25, of the 2000 block of Chestnut Street, was booked at 4:13 p.m. Aug. 1 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was being held without bail.

Casey Gregory, 33, of the 2000 block of Bayview Drive, was booked at 5:42 p.m. Aug. 1 on a charge of being a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.

Robert Walchle, 40, of the 900 block of Pemberton Drive, was booked at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 1 on an invasion of privacy charge. He was being held without bail.

Jose Torres, 28, of the 7000 block of Serenity Drive, was booked at 11:12 a.m. Aug. 2 on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, false informing and operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime suspension. He was being held without bail.

Robert Patton, 56, of the 3000 South Hanna Street, was booked at 11:32 a.m. Aug. 2 on a theft charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Eric Gillespie, 39, of Antwerp, Ohio, was booked at 12:34 a.m. Aug. 2 on charges of fondling in the presence of a minor and public indecency. He was held without bail.

Antonio Burgos, 52, of the 2000 block of South Clinton Street, was booked at 2:53 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 2 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

John Marshall, 65, of Churubusco, was booked at 2:59 p.m. Aug. 2 on a charge of pointing a firearm. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Megan Shane, 25, of the 1000 block of Lima Meadow Court, was charged Aug. 2 with possession of paraphernalia, marijuana possession and possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.

Tonya Koenig, 32, of the 100 block of West Crown Lane, was booked 9:23 a.m. Aug. 3 on a charge of dealing a controlled substance. She was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Michael Mahathy, 35, of the 1900 block of West Fourth Street, was booked at 9:31 a.m. Aug. 3 on charges of dealing a controlled substance and dealing cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Laura Campbell, 41, of the 3000 block of Harris Road, was booked at 9:44 a.m. Aug. 3 on a charge of dealing a controlled substance. She was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Patrick Slee, 18, of Yoder, was booked at 10:24 a.m. Aug. 3 on charges of theft, marijuana possession and being a minor in possession of alcohol. He was released on his own recognizance.

Regina Choice, 51, of the 1000 block of McKinnie Avenue, was charged Aug. 3 with theft. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Tonya Cole, 35, of the 9000 block of Tumbleweed Drive, was booked at 10:56 a.m. Aug. 3 on two counts operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance.

Kendra Arnett, 32, of the 1000 block of West Fourth Street, was booked at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 3 on two counts dealing cocaine. She was being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.
