Matthew Oberley, 54, of the 2400 block of Allegany Avenue, was booked at 11:58 a.m. July 25 on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Sheldon Richey, 39, of New Haven, was booked at 3:08 p.m. July 25 on a charge of driving with a lifetime suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.
Brian Noll, 36, of Etna Green, was booked at 12:56 p.m. July 25 on charges of possessing marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Alfred Fertil, 34, of the 2200 block of Versailles Village Place, was booked at 6 p.m. July 25 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Branden Pieratt, 26, of the 9400 block of Ernst Road, was booked at 4:12 a.m. July 26 on a charge of possessing a controlled substance. He was released on his own recognizance.
Jodie Simpson, 21, of the 4400 block of Smith Street, was booked at 10:35 a.m. July 26 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Nathan Hill, 27, of the 500 block of Nuttman Avenue, was charged July 26 with attempted burglary, criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement. He was being held in lieu of $11,500 bail.
Robert Perryman, 22, of the 700 block of Walnut Street, was charged July 26 with prostitution. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Jermaine Brooks, 39, of the 4700 block of Hessen Cassel Road, was booked at 12:23 a.m. July 27 on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Paul Davis, 47, of the 600 block of Tennessee Avenue, was booked at 10:17 a.m. July 27 on two counts of theft. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Tremaine Rancher, 20, of the 4300 block of Lillie Street, was booked at 11:57 a.m. July 27 on a marijuana possession charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Carlos Bell, 41, of the 6000 block of Chaddsford Drive, was booked at 12:04 p.m. July 27 on a domestic battery charge. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Rodney Phinezy, 29, of the 2900 block of South Harrison Street, was booked at 12:10 p.m. July 27 on a charge of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He was released on his own recognizance.
