TOLEDO, Ohio – Vice President Biden is starting off Labor Day at a parade in Toledo, Ohio – his second visit to the city in two weeks.
Biden shook hands in an enthusiastic crowd on Monday and greeted people holding political signs supporting local Democrats.
The vice president and Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland are campaigning together in a state where Democrats are trailing Republicans by double digits in races for governor and U.S. Senate.
Biden was in Toledo two weeks ago to talk about the state of the U.S. auto industry.
