Getting Low

Camera: NIKON D2Hs

Shutter: 1/250

Aperture: f/7.1

Exposure Setting: Manual (Pattern Metering)

ISO: 200

Strobe Flash: Did Fire

Lens Focal Length: 21 mm

White Balance: Manual

Editor's Note: The photographer's camera-level can be very important to a successful image. In this case, the ultra-low position of the camera helps make the dog and his portrait more visible. It also makes the hydrant more prominent in the photo.
