When good weather happens to good people

Well, that was easy. A few days of thunderstorms, and most people aren’t in desperate need of rain anymore. Then, one little area of high pressure comes through and suddenly we don’t have to worry about oppressive humidity. It was a good week.

Of course, the way this summer is going, you know not to get too used to this pattern. Starting today, humidity will be back on the rise, and for much of the week we will have highs near 90.

Weather wise: It’s hard to believe that in a relatively short amount of time, the heat will be a distant memory. In less than two months, the average high will be in the 60s, and you know what awaits us after that.
