Rascal is a 9-month-old neutered black domestic shorthair cat.

He is looking for a best friend who is lighthearted and loves affection.

Rascal loves telling you about his adventures, playing with all types of string and cuddling up on your nice warm lap. He does not mind sharing his home with children of all ages or other friendly pets.

He is available for adoption at the Allen County SPCA, 4914 Hanna St., 744-0454

The center is open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, noon to 7 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
