Indiana Artisans

This post is courtesy of Facebook friend Jennifer Cameron of Glass Addictions.

Two years ago, Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman announced the creations of the Indiana Artisan Development Project.

The idea behind the project is to support and promote Indiana artisans and handmade products.

Turns out there is a deadline approaching (May 24) for artisans to become part of this group. You can find out more about the group, including guidelines for applying by going to the Indiana Artisan website. While there, check out the list of artists, it includes locals such as Jennifer Cameron and Lydia Gerbig Fast (who was featured in one of our first Crafty Living columns).

At right is a link to the a PDF of the guidelines to apply.
