Statement issued by HOPE for Animals:
Fort Wayne, Indiana: HOPE for Animals, a Fort Wayne, Indiana based 501(c) 3 non profit animal welfare organization, is holding two back to back vaccine clinics for cats and dogs, on May1st and May 8th.
The purpose of these clinics is to provide a way for pet owners to provide their pets with recommended vaccinations at an affordable price during these difficult financial times.
Cats vaccinated for rabies and/or feline rhinotracheitis-calici-panleukopenia-chlamydia psittaci vaccine modified live virus and killed chlamydia. Cat owners may schedule an appointment starting at 9 am and running through 1 pm on Saturday, May 1st. They may get the required rabies vaccine alone for $15.00 or rabies plus combo shot for $25.00 per pet.
Dogs vaccinated for rabies and/or DA2PP (distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus and para influenza). Dog owners may schedule an appointment starting at 9 am and running through1 pm on Saturday, May 8th. They may get the required rabies vaccine alone for $15.00 or rabies plus combination shot for $25.00 per pet.
Clinics will be held at the future site of the HOPE for Animals Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic located at 1333 Maycrest Drive in Fort Wayne, southwest of Lake Ave and Hobson road.
