It's Photo Friday, and we like showing you our work, but we would LOVE to show off some of your work, so please feel free to email us at craftyliving@jg.net to share your handiwork.
Today's choice for me was a no-brainer. As I perused by "Crafty Living" photo file from home, the "daffghan" I made a few years ago for a charity auction struck my eye. After all, Saturday is the first day of spring and the daffodils are blooming. This afghan was a combination of squares I found on the internet. The squares are joined using Dudessembly, a joining method developed by The Crochet Dude Drew Emborsky. Happy Spring!

Party favors
This is an idea a friend used for the party favors she passed out at her husband's surprise birthday party. She printed a message on paper; we cut the paper into strips that were wide enough to wrap around candy bars; and we tied the ends with ribbon. Be sure to leave enough space between the messages so that, when cut, the sections will be wide enough to wrap around the candybars. That means, depending on the size of the candy bars, you'll get three or four messages per letter-size sheet of paper. You can use a piece of double-sided tape to hold the strips of paper in place around the candy bar, and place the favors in a basket when finished. My friend used a basket with a liner.

Fingers Only
The pattern this week is for fingers to add to Knucks. Pamela Grossman very kindly gave me permission to reference her pattern. What's interesting about the fingers is that they are knit back-and-forth, on two needles, instead of double-pointed needles.
