Rolling out the redesign

Welcome to the new look of The Journal Gazette.

It had been more than 10 years since our last redesign, and The Journal Gazette was in need of an upgrade. Just like fashion or hair styles, a newspaper’s design can become dated and a bit boring over time. Today’s launch of our state-of-the-art presses completes The Journal Gazette’s makeover with a trimmer size and more colorful style.

We’ve redesigned your newspaper to give it a clean, contemporary look. Over the past few weeks, you have seen sections in your Saturday and Sunday newspaper previewing today’s launch.

The goal is to deliver a newspaper that is easier to read, while maintaining the quality of journalism you’ve come to expect from The Journal Gazette. We’re excited about the changes, and I trust you will enjoy them, too.
